Check Out Beyoncé’s Upcoming Adidas Sneaker Dropping Next Year.

Beyonce and Adidas made headlines when they announced their partnership in April, although we didn’t get much news regarding the details of the collaboration. Fortunately, Beyoncé shared some images of a sneaker that will likely be part of the collections’ first drop, set to hit retailers on January 18.

The sneaker looks to be a mesh between the Forum, Beyonce’s favorite Adidas sneaker, and the Samba, another classic Adidas shoe. In an interview with Elle Beyonce stated: “Her new partnership with Adidas has allowed her to add footwear to the line for the first time. For the launch, Beyoncé hand-selected her favorite footwear models and mixed them with the aesthetics of the season.”

The upper is heavily inspired by the Samba, it features a black and white leather upper with the same extended tongue and paneling on the toe box as the classic football shoe. The strips seemingly pull inspiration from the Forum, looking slightly different from the traditional Samba stripes. Lastly, the sole unit is completely new with “Ivy Park” branding found on the foxing and on the tongue.

In addition to the sneaker, Beyonce teased co-branded jewelry on her Instagram. You can check out her Instagram posts below and let us know if you plan on copping anything with it drops next year.
