Aquadive and Poisedon Diving Systems Team Up For New Limited-Edition Watch.
Aquadive and Poisedon Diving Systems have officially teamed up to create a new watch called the Aquadive Poseidon GMT. Pulling inspiration from the Aquadive Timedepth of the 1970s. The watch also pulls design queues from Bathysphere 100 GMT. A timepiece known for being able to dive to 1,500 feet and features dual time zone functionality.
Poseidon added a few welcomed touches starting with the yellow band that sits along the 24-hour bezel. They’ve also added an ISOfrane strap releases water quickly that can be used against skin as well as wetsuit. Lastly, the watch utilizes Swiss-made ETA 2893-2 automatic movement with 40 hours of power reserve, it displays time in both 12 hour and 24 hour formats.
They’re only making 300 pieces of the Aquadive Bathyscaphe 100 GMT, and they’ll retail for $1,890 USD. You can purchase yours directly from Aquadive’s website.
