Nike Unveils Technically Driven Kobe AD NXT for Improved Movement

The sportswear giant Nike keeps pushing the limits when it comes to basketball footwear. The popular sportswear brand just unveiled its new Nike Kobe AD NXT. The new sneaker comes complete with a design focused on enhanced mobility, speed, and agility.

To follow Kobe Bryant‘s desire enable players to get low on the courts with little to no trouble. Nike’s latest Kobe sneaker incorporates a bunch of technologies such as Nike’s FastFit, QuadFit and REACT. The result, a new outsole traction pattern optimized for indoor courts.

Design-wise it all starts with a mesh blacked-out upper. The shoe also features a textured velcro strap that features the Kobe-line logo. You’ll also notice a red strap at the forefoot that can be used to loosen the tightness via the eject adjustment on the medial side. One of the standout design features comes in the form of the large translucent Swoosh. It reveals some of the internal makings of the shoe. They round off the design with REACT midsole, providing the wearer with a good balance of support and traction for fast breaks and sudden weight shifts.
