Drake’s HBO Show “Euphoria” Gets Renewed For a Second Season


Drake continues to make a name for himself outside of music. The Canadian entertainer wants to make an impact in the television world. Drizzy currently serves as the executive producer for the new hit show, Euphoria. The show is receiving praise for its realistic take on teenage-hood. If you’ve been getting into it, you’ll be happy to know that HBO announced it’ll return for a second season.

Euphoria was just renewed for a new season on HBO, Variety reports. Critics and viewers alike give the show high praise so it comes as no surprise it’d be renewed for a second season. In addition to an amazing cast including Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, and more, HBO may have another hit on their hands

“’Euphoria’ creator Sam Levinson has built an incredible world with an extraordinary cast led by the supremely talented Zendaya,” executive vice president of HBO Programming, Francesca Orsi said. “We are so grateful that he chose HBO as the home for this groundbreaking series. We look forward to following these complex characters as their journeys continue through the challenging world they inhabit.”
