Dubbed the EXP 100 GT, it’s the first fully electric vehicle that represents what the British carmakers envision their cars to be like 20 years from now. The spec sheet does, in fact, represent that. Bentley says that the fully electric powertrain EV concept puts out 1,340 horsepower and 1,100 pound-feet of torque. Utilizing four electric motors, and taking advantage of a sophisticated torque vectoring system. With all those horses, the EXP GT goes from 0-60mph in under 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 186mph.
In the tech department, the EXP 100 GT features a vast array of high-tech features and equipment. For starters, the car features fast charging. Meaning you can charge the battery of the EXP 100 GT to 80 percent from zero in just 15 minutes. To give some perspective, a full charge gives you 435 miles in range. With a 19 feet long frame, the car surprisingly only weights in at 1,900kg which is impressive. In addition, a standout feature and most definitely a feature for those who have a taste for luxury. The EXP 100 GT comes with an on-board AI personal assistant. The assistant can forestall your needs and improve your comfort and driving experience. Furthermore, it can also track a range of biometric information, such as head and eye movements and even your blood pressure.
“The Bentley EXP 100 GT represents the kind of cars we want to make in the future,” said Bentley’s Director of Design Stefan Sielaff. “Like those iconic Bentleys of the past, this car connects with its passengers’ emotions and helps them experience and safeguard the memories of the really extraordinary journeys they take.”
