Kanye West & Kid Cudi Unveil “Kids See Ghosts” Album Cover

Kanye West & Kid Cudi Reveal Takashi Murakami-Designed ‘Kids See Ghosts’ Cover Art.

Following solo projects from Pusha-Tand Kanye West, the next drop from G.O.O.D. Music will be a joint effort between West and Kid Cudi, known as Kids See Ghosts. The duo recently took the time out to drop the cover art from the anticipated project.

So we got wind of the album a few months back, and Japanese artist Takashi Murakami takes credit for this awesome work. To us and many others the colors are very similar to the colors he used on Kanye’s Graduation album. Murakami referenced Japanese folklore and traditional ukiyo-e woodblock printing with his signature flat character design. We know very little about the highly-anticipated project, we currently have a tracklist for the collab album and know that they’ll accompany the project with a short film by Dexter Navy.

Have a look at the official artwork above and let us know your thoughts on the Takashi Murakami-designed album cover. Lastly, expect Kids See Ghosts to drop on June 8. For more music news, Drake Contributed Songwriting on Kanye West’s “Yikes”.
