The Air Jordan 3 “Mocha” Will Return This Month
This December we’ll get a re-release of the slept on “Mocha” Air Jordan 3. We haven’t seen this colorway in 17 years. Firstly, when the shoe originally dropped back in 2001. People were so focused on the “Black Cement” and “White Cement” releases that came out the same year so they slept on these. Back in 2001, fans usually favored sneakers that Michael Jordan wore on the court. They did become popular with a small group of Jordan fans and became somewhat of a cult classic.
This month the shoe returns in its original form. It all starts with a crisp white tumbled leather upper. The iconic elephant print on the toe and heel feature a rich “Mocha” color that sits nicely in contrast with the white leather. You’ll also find the same “Mocha” on the Jordan Brand logo on the tongue of the shoe.
