The ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 8 Trailer Teases An Epic Battle of Fire & Ice
In the world today. It’s almost impossible to get away from Game of Thrones news. Rumors around season 8 have been floating around the internet from a while now. Then last month we got news on the official premiere date. Today we get the first teaser for Season 8. It isn’t much but it should hold fans over for now until the full season 8 trailer drops.
The teaser trailer isn’t very long. It teases an epic battle between fire and ice. Both elements live in their own worlds but slowly start to expand. Both taking over grounds until both fire and ice meet at a point and then the trailer ends. It’s not much to go by but fans can expect an epic battle to finish off the highly-anticipated final season.
“It’s about all of these disparate characters coming together to face a common enemy, dealing with their own past, and defining the person they want to be in the face of certain death,” In a recent interview co-executive producer Bryan Cogman told Entertainment Weekly. “It’s an incredibly emotional haunting bittersweet final season and I think it honors very much what [author George R.R. Martin] set out to do — which is flipping this kind of story on its head.”
“It’s relentless; scenes that would have been a one-day shoot five years ago are now a five-day shoot,” Kit Harington said when detailing the intensive shooting days. “They want to get it right, they want to shoot everything every single way so they have options.”
