Kanye West has teased three “Project Wyoming” events on his website. Although details are scarce, he’s announced they’ll take place in Chicago and Miami tonight and Brooklyn tomorrow. Each event is listed with the description, “Ye brings Wyoming to [city name].” In addition, Kanye’s website has been updated to feature footage from the ye listening party in Wyoming last week.
Julieanna Goddard, aka YesJulz, who manages 070 Shake and runs the creative marketing agency 1am (which is putting on the Project Wyoming events), posted on Twitter, “Ye wants people to experience the album the same way the 400 people in Wyoming did. Open air, around a fire, with stadium quality sound. That’s what #ProjectWyoming is about. Stripping down to the basics and enjoying nature & GOOD company. These are merch pop up bonfires🔥” She added, “Want a Ye merch bonfire in your city? @ the best promoter & #ProjectWyoming ! We are coming to cities all over the world.”
Goddard also tweeted a link to WeGotLove.com, the website that Kanye launched with his Charlamagne interview. Now on the website is a 12-minute comedy film from the New York City creative collective Spaghetti Boys. It was shot at the Wyoming ye party and features cameos from 2 Chainz, Lil Yachty, and more. Kanye is scheduled to release his new collaborative album with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts, this Friday. An L.A. listening party for Kids See Ghosts will take place tomorrow. Last night, the cover art for the album was revealed, illustrated by Takashi Murakami. For more Kanye news, Here’s What Kim Kardashian Has Planned For Kanye’s 41st Birthday.
