Drake Breaks Another Billboard Record With His Smash Single “Gods Plan”.

With Drake’s “God’s Plan” recently hitting 10 weeks in the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, the Canadian artist has broken yet another record. The news means that Drizzy is now the first solo male artist to spend 10 weeks at the top of the charts with two different songs, surpassing Elton John and Diddy. The first of Drake’s tracks to spend 10 weeks at No. 1 was 2016’s “One Dance.”

Other artists to have 10 weeks at No. 1 more than once include Mariah Carey, Boyz II Men and the Black-Eyed Peas. This is only the latest record that “God’s Plan” has broken, with the track previously surpassing Drake’s own streaming record and tying him with The Beatles for the most Hot 100 Top 10 singles in one decade.
