Take A Closer Look at Hender Scheme’s Latest adidas Originals Collaboration.
So Hender Scheme and adidas Originals‘ follow-up to their 2017 collaboration — now we get a closer look at the three sneakers in this pack for 2018. This new drop features the same three sneakers we saw last year, the Japanese label reworks the Superstar, Micropacer and NMD R1.
One of the most notable traits in this capsule is the use of color. As Hender Scheme steps away from the traditional tan leather tone featured on earlier releases. The Micropacer silhouette gets a metallic silver upper with red and blue accents. The NMD R1 comes with blue and red plugs. In addition, they’ll be sold with the traditional Hender Scheme color palette. As you know these sneakers are handmade in Tokyo and come with a replaceable hammer-in sole. If you’re in Japan you can register to buy the shoes from Hender Scheme’s lottery application between March 3 and March 11. Before the capsule drops at retailers such as END on March 16.
