Marcus Christ will delay his highly anticipated double album “Prince of the Universe” until April 3rd 2018 due to resolved legal issues.
MTB Entertainment‘s artist Marcus Christhad to delay his much anticipated Prince of the Universe album until April 3rd, 2018. The decision to push the much talked about album back to April 3rd was done in order to coincide with a Easter release. MTB Entertainment is hoping the holiday will pressure people to pick up the album which will include never before heard songs and skits from their main artist. Marcus Christ originally planned for the album to be released on December 7th, 2017, but due to an unrelated legal issues his label feels it’s best for the fans, and in the best interest of the artist to delay the release of the new and old material. Marcus Christ had a show at the Airliner club on Broadway on October 19th, 2017, but was unable to perform due to his legal case even though tickets were sold. Marcus Christ is currently in talks for a upcoming show and may book a performance in the near future.
Marcus Christ has been heard on various radio stations, discussed in blogs, and is hoping to book a show in Hollywood or Los Angeles within a month or two. “Right now we just want our artist to relax he’s been through enough” a unnamed staff member stated when asked about the status of the artist. Marcus Christ is becoming world renowned for his catchy hooks and realistic rapping style. MTB Entertainment maintains that Marcus Christ is not a genius, but he is a musical prodigy.
