Fresh off the success of his latest single “Party“, singer Chris Brown is set to follow it up with his eighth studio album, Heartbreak on A Full Moon which is scheduled for a mid-June 2017 release via RCA Records.
The album has been announced as a double album featuring 40 songs, yes you read that right, 40 songs! Earlier this year the singer’s longtime rival Drake surprised us with the 23 track album More Life which was met with mixed reviews, something that you could expect Brown’s album to be met with.
While he’s had a steady stream of hits for the last 12 years however his albums haven’t received the most positive reviews, in fact, his reviews have gotten worse with each release.
In addition to his lengthy album, the singer is set to embark on the European leg of his One Hell Of A Night Tour with a new single set to drop on May 5.
Heartbreak is the first release since the singer’s 7th album, Royalty which was an ode to his daughter.
