Tinker Hatfield And Jordan Brand Reveal The Air Jordan 5 “Fab Five”

We’ve just received official images of the Air Jordan 5 “Fab Five” via social media. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the design pays homage to one of the most memorable teams in college basketball history during the ’90s, the Michigan Wolverines. The sneaker starts off with a suede yellow upper with a highly contrasting black midsole with yellow speckles. Black can also be found on its upper via its tongue and lacelock, the tongue also features embroidered “M” logo. The inside of each tongue also displays special saying to the nostalgic team with “Hail To” and “The Victors” on the left and right tongue. The Air Jordan 5 “Fab Five” gets topped off with a logo created by Hatfield in memory the squad’s “five times” signal they frequently used during their games.

These won’t be released to the general public so you won’t be able to add these to your personal collection as the Air Jordan 5 “Fab Five” will be a gift from Tinker Hatfield to friends and family of Jordan Brand.
